We currently ship within the contiguous 48 United States only.


Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping & Delivery Time

Orders are shipped via USPS.

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

MD Vitale LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, MD Vitale LLC is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

If you experience any issues with delivery, we recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking number.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@mdvitale.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
