No Returns Policy

Due to the consumable and health-related nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are final.

This policy is in place to ensure product safety, quality, and integrity for all customers.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To request assistance, email us at info@mdvitale.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@mdvitale.com.

We will review the issue and work to correct it as quickly as possible.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier (USPS)
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after processing has begun.


Refund Processing (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
